Corey is the principal broker for Corey J. Schneider Realtors in Passaic, New Jersey. His primary focus is on investment properties, land, REO’S and consulting. He’s currently licensed in five states (AR, NJ, NY, PA & TX) as a real estate broker and has earned a BBA in Real Estate from Western States University. In addition, he holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute and the Accredited Land Consultant designation from the Realtors Land Institute. His real estate practice has involved not only real estate investments but also development properties and real estate consulting. He has extensive experience in researching real estate matters and has personally acquired property by adverse possession.
