Neal Berkowitz, principle of The Berky Group, LLC, is a seasoned leasing and real estate development professional with more than four decades of experience. He has overseen upwards of $500M in land and property sales. Mr. Berkowitz’s skills include assisting developers with construction, architectural and creative marketing services. He focuses primarily on ground-up, mixed-use developments which include retail, office, residential, theaters and hotels. In addition, Mr. Berkowitz has extensive experience in Community Consulting, along with the specific requirements and challenges facing Theater Owners and Operators. Upon request by select retailers, Mr. Berkowitz can also serve as a tenant representative.
