Located in Hawthorne, just 15 minutes from Downtown Los Angeles, Cerise consists of three adjacent singe-story industrial flex buildings situated on 2.3-acres. Renovated in 2019, raised ceilings and numerous skylights let the daylight pour in. Furthermore, polished concrete floors, exposed sandblasted bow truss ceilings, multiple conference rooms, workstations, and open spaces make this project unique in all that it has to offer in one of LA’s fastest growing creative/R&D regions.
