Jacks Commercial Real Estate provides brokerage services for the sale and lease of retail, office, industrial, multifamily, mixed-use and specialty properties throughout the Greater Sacramento Area and beyond (since 2011). We represent buyers, sellers and investors for the sale and 1031 exchange of commercial income or owner/user properties. For leases, we represent both landlords and tenants. Founding principal, Brian Jacks, has been a licensed commercial real estate broker since 1996, when he started a banking career with Wells Fargo. As an underwriter, Jacks personally facilitated over $1 billion in closed loans before transitioning to management where he oversaw back office loan production for the West Coast ($2.5 billion annually).
